When you visit this website (julianbaird.com), we want you to know that Julian Baird Photography takes your privacy seriously.  We are in the business of photography and not selling, renting or trading your details with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.  As this website may collect some personal data though, the Privacy Policy below provides information on how it will be used and stored.  Julian Baird Photography is also committed to the principles of the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) introduced in May 2018, which require personal data must be obtained, processed and protected fairly and lawfully.

The 'DYNSRV' cookie is added by our load balancer to track which web server to send you to. The purpose of this cookie is to improve the performance of the site. The '__Stripe' cookie is required to complete transactions/orders via the website.

  • Benign Cookies: Any cookies beginning with ‘exp_’. These cookies are set by our content management system and contain data such as the last time you visited my website and previous pages of my website that you have viewed. The site does not store or utilise this information in any way. ‘exp_csrf_token’ is a unique and random sequence of numbers and letters which protects any forms on our website from spam.

  • Performance Cookies: Various third-party cookies for Google Analytics.   We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

As part of the registration process for our newsletter, we collect personal information.
